	In an ongoing effort to help with networking of businesses within the building and continuing our hospitality, special events are planned throughout the year.
	Summer BBQ: Summer is the time for picnics. In July we provide a picnic lunch (indoors where it is cool) for the tenants and their staff.
	Thanksgiving Meal: As our way to thank you, we provide a Thanksgiving meal in late November. Turkey, dressing, potatoes, dessert and drinks are provided and everyone wishing can bring a dish to pass.
	Cookie Exchange: Mid December brings the cookie exchange. Instead of slaving away and baking a variety of cookies for holiday giving, bake up a bunch of one or two kinds and bring them in and exchange with others in the building. Everyone goes home with a wide variety of holiday treats!
	Holiday Treat Week: Near the end of December is Holiday Treat Week. Donuts and juice are provided one day, appetizers on another, a pot luck and sweet treats to end the week.
